I heard Campolo tell about it, but I don't remeber if he was
telling of another who said that or what, but it went something
like :
"There's people starving everyday, and most of the church
doesn't give a shit. And there's probably many of you now more
upset that I said shit than you are about people starving."
There's so many from Campolo.
One of my favorites is where he says that "a Christian is
one who lets his heart be broken by the things which break the
heart of God".
He also said "What good does it do to say you believe the
Bible is the Word of God when you don't do what it says?"
And "God is like a grandparent, with a picture of you in
their wallet, and he flips it open and shows people, saying
"Did you see my .......(enter your name here)"
There's a few to start. If I think of or find more, I'll send
them on. I still have your address.
